A comment via Tim Blair’s blog in response to the latest evildoing in Brussels:
I do not care why they are doing it. I don’t care if they feel alienated, are unemployed, poor or lonely. The only solution now is a total unrelenting war to take absolute military and civilian control of every piece of real estate the culture that spawned them exists. And then to utterly crush the culture within such that it becomes a footnote in history. . . Anything else is just a waste of blood and treasure. All cultures are not equal and theirs is an anathema to ours.
No doubt the author of those sentiments would be chastised severely by any Belgian safely distant from the killings.
I couldn’t agree more, with the above comment.

The Belgian ambassador would frown, I’m sure, but our deposed PM has spent time in Europe giving speeches about how he stopped the boats coming here.
Former Prime Minister Tony Abbott has warned Europe risks making a “catastrophic error” with its readiness to take in desperate refugees from war torn countries.
One comment on the story nails the HeraldSun’s subeditor: Abbott didn’t ‘boast’ about stopping the boats, he did it.
