  1. “True, sir. But passing laws is a hell of a lot easier.”

Indeed it is, my good friend.

I sure do not consider myself a Posie flower bouquet, standing in a vial of water, (I have what’s called a Romin’ nose, was romin’ all over my face at one time) but I honestly do not believe that I would have had the intestinal fortitude, to do what this young innocent child’s. father did do.

  2. Umm, the Aussie floods I take it are NOT affecting you in Perth, correct good buddy?

    • Indeed not. It’s all over on the eastern side of the continent. We had a few days of rain leading up to Christmas, but not much since.
At this time of year our chances of rain depend on cyclones in the north of the state. The ideal cyclone avoids the inhabited areas but delivers some rain to southern and inland areas. So far this year it’s been quiet.

      • Well good for you and Perth..No doubt terrible in affected ares.

        • Well, some of the terrible will be eradicated come September…
