But seriously…
If you’re one of my regular American readers, chances are that the result is not the one you were hoping for. As an Australian who saw The Circus of Ineptitude sneak back into government in 2010, I sympathise.
But you and your nation will survive just as we here in The Great South Land have survived. We mutter… we curse… we mock… and most of all we reach for the off switch when Jooolya or one of her clowns gets hold of a microphone. It’s painful, but we’re getting through. And I’m sure you’ll do the same.
And now, back to my vacation.
I’m hoping that getting in three times won’t happen…surely people have learnt by now.
